A company can only grow if its employees grow. We realise this very well at Schenkeveld. That is why we invest a lot in training and education for our employees. There are many great examples within Schenkeveld of colleagues who arrived as students and are now part of our management team. We are proud of that!

But just training the current team is currently not enough to manage the growth Schenkeveld is experiencing. After all, it says "Passion for Perfection" under our logo and that means we don't settle for half-measures. That is why we are hard at work looking for enthusiastic new colleagues with a top sports mentality who want to grow with us.

We have summarised Schenkeveld's core values in grow, optimise and cooperate. Growing naturally relates to growing the tomato plants, but also to the Schenkeveld employees and the company itself. Optimising is also typical of Schenkeveld. We always strive to do a little bit better today than yesterday. This is implemented in all disciplines, such as cultivation, hygiene, automation, et cetera. The third core value is cooperation.
